A big shout out OF APPRECIATION AND THANKS to all the participants and supporters of the ACTIVE CHALLENGE.
During the month of May, while enduring social isolation, participants were challenged to keep their minds and bodies ACTIVE. for at least half an hour a day.
Running, Walking, Hiking, Photography, Gymnastics, Dancing, Weaving, Painting, Gardening, Yard Work, Family History, Cross Stitching, Community Service by sewing face masks and protective gowns, Sudoku, Frisbee, Yoga, Crocheting, Cooking, Baking, Piano, Swimming, Paddle Boarding, Online courses, and many other activities rounded out a very ACTIVE month.
We are all stronger because we did this together. And we enjoyed seeing what everyone else was doing to keep ACTIVE.
